Returns, Repairs, And Accessories Policy
If you’re looking to request a return, repair, and order accessories for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
To complete a return, mail back the item within 30 days of the customer’s delivery date.
For customers who have purchased the Warranty & Refund Protection Plan, please see below:
Return Fee: $0
Repair Fee: $0 (maximum 1 repair per customer)
Accessories Fee: $0
For customers who have NOT purchased the Warranty & Refund Protection Plan, please see below:
Return Fee: $25
Repair Fee: $25
Accessories Fee: $10
Please note the following conditions on our return policy:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging .
For returns, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping.
To safeguard against mail loss, we recommend your return shipment be accompanied by a shipment tracking number.
Refunds are processed within 5 days of confirmed receipt of your package. Your payment processor may take an additional 5-10 days to process your refund.
Expected turnaround time for product returns is 4-8 days.
