Shipping Information

Shipping is free for all orders as a courtesy to our customers. Please note that shipments go through traditional customs clearances which may require some customers to pay any applicable duties and taxes on arrival. We download orders during our regular business hours (M-F 9am – 6pm). Orders typically ship within 1-3 days. Customers will be notified if products are back ordered or shipping will be delayed. Please refer to our Return Policy for defective products, exchanges and returns. Your hearing aid should arrive within 4-6 business days for all deliveries within the UK. For other countries, please allow up to 15 days for delivery.
